(1) 자음으로 [우]로 쓴다.
*w/w/[우]는 자음으로 어떤 경우든 앞이나 뒤의 모음과 붙이지 않는다.

(2) 다음과 같은 경우 앞 모음과 합쳐 하나의 음을 만든다.
